The videos were available in MP4 format with both streaming and downloading options, and these also could be viewed at a best size of 1920×1080 (7,700kbps). There are no DRM restrictions on the videos on this site. Updates appear to be made several times a month, usually.
Girl Folio is a site, for the most part, bringing you glamorous British models made to look all the more glamorous by some genuinely outstanding adult photography. But just by way of keeping you on your toes, they throw in the occasional American babe like Jessi Palmer (who is wonderful) and European stunners like Cikita and Ariel just to make sure that you really are getting the best looking babes in the world – and not just in the UK!
It’s a stunning site, really. The lack of video numbers aside, something that they could clearly work on, the glamour is kept fairly natural looking and not distracted by surroundings and backgrounds. The content is much as expected but incredibly erotic at times, but it’s still the mix of models that fascinates me – even mature models such as Jan Burton get a look-in. Its unpredictability is certainly one of its strengths, but it has so many of them that it’s genuinely difficult to think of reasons for you NOT to subscribe.
User Interface
The presentation here is very good although I was slightly puzzled by the fact that there was not a separate section for photo galleries. Otherwise this is really very well presented with a models’ index that also includes some information about the girls themselves.
It does look as though they hint at separating their content and archived content up, which is useful. The update information could be clearer but it is very well designed and looks awesome.
Conclusion
Girl Folio is a really excellent site. There are far too many really good glamour sites around right now that don’t get the credit nor the plaudits they deserve, and this is certainly one of them!
The content is stunning – Michael White has done some magnificent work on it, and has helped some gorgeous models look even better. It’s also good value. Hard to say no to such a great site!
