For all of you aspiring porn actresses, I would like to offer you some advice. Be completely sure that you’re okay with the possibility of it following you forever. Yes, I am sure none of the ladies who appear on any of the numerous videos on Rodox would think that their videos would still be in circulation so many decades later. I am sure they would have thought that while they were doing the films, at some point they would drop off of the face of the planet. Which, of course, just didn’t fucking happen.

Which is also what has happened recently to a teacher in Montreal, Canada. This teacher—Jacqueline Laurent-Auger—was working for a Christian school when it was discovered by her students that she had a brief stint as an adult actress. A transgression which she was immediately fired for, after the discovery. When did she do these films, you ask’ Well, she just didn’t appear in a few porn movies a couple a months ago, or even five years ago. She appeared in these porn movies almost forty years ago. Right around the mid-1970s.

This teacher is now a 73 year old drama teacher who’s been teaching at this school for approximately fifteen years. She is currently in negotiations with the school, but it’s currently unclear whether or not she will be able to get her position back.

While there have been a number of stories in the media about teachers being fired for their former porn professions, I found this one unique. Not only because she has been out of porn for almost four decades, but also because it took so long for the school to find out. I just thought it was a unique situation.

After I discovered this story, I did what any rational person would do. I attempted to find some of her porn movies. I not only did a thorough search of the Internet, but I also checked out various vintage porn sites such as Vintage Classic Porn . I haven’t been able to find any of her movies yet—movies which include such titles as Swedish Sex Games, Hot And Naked and The Secret Diary Of A Nymphomaniac—but I am hopeful that I eventually will.

Which brings me back to my point. The stigma of her appearing in these movies have managed to follow across the ocean (these were European porn films) and through time itself. How long has to pass before a situation like this isn’t relevant anymore’ I can’t answer that question, but it is something to think about. Let’s call it a cautionary tale for all the hoes out there.
