Review
There are 190 videos available approximately 20 minutes in length and can be streamed or downloaded. Streaming movies are in the WMV format and play at a resolution of 320×240 @ 504 Kbps. The downloadable movies are in the WMV format and the MOV format. Both of these formats have a resolution of 320×240 @ 504 Kbps. There are also 220 photo galleries each with approximately 50 pictures and a maximum resolution of 540×720 pixels. The pictures can be viewed using the online slide-show or downloaded individually, but there are no zip downloads available.
There are also 87 stories that have been submitted by members. These stories are fairly erotic and cover a number of different genres. But the best part about them is that they appear to be "true-life" stories of members sexual experiences, which makes them even hotter. And any member who submits their own story, and gets it published on the site, gets two months membership for free.
This site has rounded up a nice collection of Asian twinks and placed them on their site. They have guys from places such as Vietnam, all the way to China. Many of the guys on this site seem quite inexperienced, but their enthusiasm more then makes up for it. It seems like they are willing to try almost anything once and the action on the site reflects that fact.
These guys have no problem sucking dick or getting their dick sucked, engaging in some fiery gang-bang scenes or getting their asses pounded hard. While I would say that most of the action is Asian on Asian gay sex, there are quite a few movies that throw in some white guys for some pretty nice interracial sex scenes. This site also has some pretty good solo scenes.
The only complaint that I have about the movies, other then the small size of the videos, is that they often end abrubtly. In most of the movies there isn’t the signature cumshot that we have all become accustomed to seeing. Most of the times the movies just end, sometimes in mid-stroke it would appear. And this was true for a large segment of the movies, except for the solo masturbation movies which did feature the cumshots. I would have liked to have seen better endings for the movies and it was kind of a disappointment.
User Interface
The design of this site reminds me of how sites were designed five or six years ago. It is very basic and seems like its based on a template I have seen a few hundred times. Nonetheless, the site was very easy to navigate and the promise of "one handed navigation" that the site promises is pretty accurate.
The site doesn’t have a search feature, but members do have the option of organizing the content according to group sex, solo or couple. The content on Asian Boy Nation is all dated and this makes it very easy to determine just exactly what their update schedule. It appears that this site updates on a weekly basis. This site also features a sex store where members can buy sex toys and adult movies.
Conclusion
The size of the videos on this site were really disappointing to me. I could see the streaming movies being a smaller size, but even the downloadable movies had small resolutions. I really would like this site beef up the size of the movies to make them more enjoyable. Especially for the members who have larger monitors.
But Asian Boy Nation did have a pretty good sized collection and the action, though it was missing some of the cumshots that I would have liked to see, was still pretty hot. The one strong spot of this site is its price-point however. Their memberships are a lot cheaper then comparable sites and that may just be their saving grace.
