I want to talk about Tug Jobs. No, not because I want one and may even desperately need them, but from the historical perspective. I am going to talk about how Hand Jobs may or may not influence prostitution in a city. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it’

Now when talking about Tug Jobs from a historical perspective I could probably go all the way back to the beginning of mankind. I am sure it wasn’t long before women figured out that if they wanted something from a guy, but didn’t want to actually fuck him, then a handy is a good compromise. At first, they were probably given out to secure an extra portion of meat from the hunt or maybe the male’s protection. And then once money was introduced, then cash was exchanged for them.

However, I am not going to go all the way to the dawn of time to make my point that paid sex and handies go hand in hand, so to speak. I am only going to go as far back as the 1970s. That is when a study was first done about the effect of cock stroking masseuses giving Epic Handjobs and how it affected paid sex in a certain West Coast city.

Now, the study doesn’t say what West Coast city it was conducted in but I really don’t think that’s the point anyway. What is the point is how cock stroking changed the amount of prostitutes in this particular city and it’s not in the way that you think.

This unnamed city had a lot of massage parlors that offered guys hand jobs. That’s because this form of sexual contact wasn’t considered to be prostitution. It was considered to be another massage service. Just something the girls offered in addition to the normal rub down.

Which is all fine and good until the council men decided that they didn’t like the idea of having all of these girls stroking off businessmen and tourists. So they decided to pass legislation that treated these entrepreneurial babe as hookers. It was this one little law that changed everything.

This law was designed to stop massage parlors, but all it managed to do was increase the amount of prostitution in the city. That’s because the girls figured that if the city was treating them like hookers for a good rub and tug, then they might as well start to offer other services. Like blowjobs and full on coital sex. That way they could at least increase their profit margin.
