Leaning mostly towards Goth, punk and rave girls, this is a site that relies on its members and models to provide the content through some superb photography and inventive scenarios. It’s also a culture site too with the latest reviews, interviews and news features.
Review
This site features over 1539 photo sets, with photos displaying at a variety of different sizes up to 1920×1080. Photosets can also be downloaded as Zip files. There are 1539 video scenes, and they are available to stream or download in MP4 format. Downloads do cost extra though. They usually display at a highest definition of 1920×1080 (6800kbps). They also now have Ultra 4K movies that display at 3840×2160(15000kbps). Lower resolutions are available and some of the older updates may have lower specs. There are currently 351 models on the site. Unfortunately, this site stopped updating in October 2021, but you do get full access to the amazing Adult Time Network that updates very regularly.
It’s fair to say that these days the competition among the alt-porn community and these members involved content sites and communities is fierce. In fact, sometimes it’s positively scary. Burning Angel was a site formed, in some people’s eyes, as an alternative to ‘that’ alt-porn site but actually, without that particular site, you wonder just how many of this site’s ideas would be in place.
But actually, if like me you’re a fan of this genre of content and girls, then we are all winners. The more they compete, the more sites and girls we get to see! Joanna herself is still active in the site’s content and makes quite a number of appearances here. This is a very good thing as she is utterly gorgeous.
There is a huge amount of invention and thought in so many of the shoots here with models challenged to continue to formulate new ideas instead of just stripping off and showing their tattoos and piercings. Veering as it does between softer modelling content and cumshot-riddled hardcore action, it extends its reach even further than you might have expected. This isn’t just for alt fans.
This is part of the amazing Adult Time Network which is like the Netflix of porn, with over 50 000 scenes across its many channels, so you get all of that with your membership as well. That is a deal that is hard to beat !
User Interface
The navigation here is pretty good, and I particularly liked the design of it, I have to say. The content is all categorised if you want to browse it like that but you can choose to browse it all chronologically if you so wish.
All of the models have their own individual sections, all of which were outstanding as well. Update information was pretty good too, but it’s the additional points of interest I liked with backgrounds to many of the shoots as well as extra features too. Very impressive.
Conclusion
Burning Angel has rightly earned its place as one of the heavy hitters in alt-porn over the last couple of years and the hard work from Joanna Angel has clearly paid off handsomely. Her site also part of Adult Time is also included with your membership. Its influences are clear to see, but its own identity has also just started to come through.
The archive of content continues to grow bigger and bigger, thanks to regular updates, and several of its models have started to earn some mainstream attention as well. Considering the great price they’re asking for the first 30 days, if you are a follower of this particular movement I can’t think of any reason not to subscribe here.
