These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses HonestPornReviews ("we," "us," or "this site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Adults Only
This site discusses and links to adult entertainment. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing adult material is legal where you are. By using the site you confirm that both are true. Do not let minors use your device to view this site; filtering software can block it, as the site is labeled Restricted to Adults (RTA).
What This Site Is
HonestPornReviews is an independent review site. We test adult membership sites and publish our opinions, scores, prices and deals to help you decide where to spend your money. The websites we review are separate businesses: they are not us, we do not host them, and we do not control their content, billing or customer service.
Reviews Are Opinions
Our reviews, scores and rankings are our honest opinions at the time of review. Sites change their content, prices, trials and features without telling us, so what you find may differ from what we describe. Always check the current price, billing terms and cancellation policy on the site itself before you pay. User scores and comments reflect the views of the visitors who wrote them, not ours.
Affiliate Links
Many links on this site, including "Visit Site" buttons and discount links, are affiliate links. If you join a site through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions help keep the site free, but they do not decide our scores: we review sites the same way whether or not we earn from them.
Third-Party Sites
When you leave this site through a link, the site you arrive at has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply instead of ours. Any membership, purchase or subscription is an agreement between you and that site. We are not a party to it and cannot give refunds, cancel memberships or resolve billing disputes; contact the site or your payment provider directly.
Comments and User Scores
You are welcome to share your own experience of a site in the comments. By posting a comment you confirm that you are 18 or older, that it is your own honest opinion, and you give us permission to display, edit for length or formatting, and remove it. Comments are moderated. We may refuse or remove any comment, including ones that:
- are spam, advertising or links to other sites;
- describe or promote illegal activity, non-consensual acts or anyone under 18;
- are abusive, threatening, or reveal someone else's personal information;
- are fake reviews, or are written by a site owner or affiliate about their own site or a competitor;
- contain words on our banned words list.
Acceptable Use
Please do not copy or republish our reviews without permission, scrape the site with automated tools in a way that burdens it, try to break or get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Short quotes with a link back to the review are fine.
Our Content
The reviews, scores, text, design and logo of HonestPornReviews belong to us. Site names, logos, screenshots and promotional images of the websites we review belong to their owners and are used to identify and illustrate those sites in our reviews. For copyright concerns, see our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
No Warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that every review, price, deal or link is current, complete or error-free, or that the site will always be online.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on our reviews, or using a website we link to, including charges, subscriptions or content on those websites. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle the little information we collect is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
