All the videos here are fully downloadable with no download limits or restrictions whatsoever, and there are regular daily updates brought to you from some of the biggest porn studios around. What more could you ask for’!
Review
The site currently features over 7100 videos in total (covering over 1500 DVDs) but there are no image galleries, as expected. The videos are available to stream or to download, and are mostly available in WMV, Flash and MPEG formats. These usually display, at their best, at 720×480 (2800kbps). Updates are usually made on a daily basis.
Big Movies was a site that I was actually rather relieved about. The site itself is brought to you from the same people behind the Reality Kings network and I was hoping that it wasn’t going to be another of their collections of their network content. And it isn’t – it is in fact a straightforward movie and video site that instead uses licenced content from other studios, and is much in the same vein of many other such sites out there. But it is rather good.
Their studio access is quite interesting – either they chose not to chase down most of the big studios, or they could not get access to them. There are still some present here – Coast To Coast, Gentlemen’s, Combat Zone – but for me it was collection from largely unheralded and independent studios that turned my head. Quite whether they have enough on board that you can’t get on at least a dozen other similar, larger and cheaper sites out there though is in doubt.
User Interface
This site has a navigation that is very easy to get around and should not give you any issues at all. I thought it was especially useful that you could check out everything this site has to offer from the free tour, which was good.
The download speeds were generally pretty good and were handily split into smaller files on some options. The update information was not too bad either, and the descriptions of the updates were good, as well as the fact that there was excellent update information.
Conclusion
Big Movies is, by all accounts, a very decent video site. It has a lot of titles on board, updates daily, is very well presented and is free of issues such as download limits and protection on the videos as well.
But there are loads of these types of sites around these days and the very best can be more than half the price of this one. Their use of many unheard of labels interested me though and I think the site will only get better.
